pandaboard il primo PC cortex A9

Dopo la beagleboard basata su Taxas Istruments DaVinci DM3730 architettura arm Cortex A8 a 1 Ghz, ora è disponibile la scheda madre pandaboard , basato su Omap 4430, arm Cortex A9, a 1Ghz. Questa nuova SoC ha una CPU dual core più  veloce del 150% rispetto al DaVinci DM3730 , ed equipaggia una GPU 2 volte più veloce della precedente...

Mi sembrano delle ottime specifiche, qualcuno forse preferirebbe le ddr3 già che ci siamo...

Il tutto per 174 dollari, direi non male!!!

Il titolo è un po' ingannevole, non senso che con 174 dollari è escluso il case ed alimentatore, per tutto il resto il sito nella sezione accessori prevede il resto, meno il case che credo che ne esistano di standard per quella misura di scheda madre...

In luglio avevo scritto a svtronics che commercializzava come piattaforma di sviluppo un tablet a basato su omap4  ad un prezzo proibitivo di 2000 e passa dollari...
Ovviamente ho chiesto se potevano mandarmi un demo, ma a Luglio niente da fare... ( ovviamente sono cosciente che non me lo manderanno mai...)
